# QTicket (كيو تيكيت)

> QTicket is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for ground-transportation (bus/coach) ticketing in Syria. It connects passengers with transport companies: travelers search routes between Syrian governorates, pick a seat, pay from an in-app wallet in Syrian Pounds (SYP), and receive a digital ticket — while each transport company manages its own trips, fleet, branches, and accounting through dedicated web dashboards. ## What it is

QTicket is a single platform serving three audiences:

- **Passengers** book bus and intercity ground-transport tickets from a mobile app.
- **Transport companies** (the tenants) run their operations — trips, fleet, branches, ticket agents, shifts, and financial settlement — from a company web portal. Each tenant's data is fully isolated from the others.
- **The platform operator** oversees all tenants, payments, and platform-wide settings from an admin portal.

It is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL + Edge Functions) with a Flutter mobile app and React web portals. Money movement uses an append-only, double-entry wallet ledger.

## For travelers

- Search trips between Syrian cities/governorates and compare departure times.
- Select a specific seat on a live bus seat map; women-only / men seat separation is supported per company policy.
- Pay securely from an in-app wallet in Syrian Pounds (SYP) — no cash needed at boarding.
- Receive a digital ticket instantly with a boarding code; the whole flow takes under ~30 seconds.
- Smart refunds, coupons, and exclusive operator offers are handled through the wallet.
- Cancellation refunds follow per-company refund tiers based on how close the trip is; with no active tier, a full refund applies.
- In-app AI support assistant answers questions about bookings, fees, and refunds.

## For transport operators (tenants)

- **Company portal:** manage trips, routes, fleet (buses, drivers, assistants), branches, ticket agents, accountant shifts, pricing, and settlement reports.
- **Admin portal:** platform operator manages every tenant, the platform treasury, permissions/roles (dynamic RBAC), and global settings.
- Multi-tenant by design — strict per-company data isolation enforced at the database (RLS) layer.
